What you are buying

The Baby Sleep Method is a self-paced digital educational product for parents. Purchase is a one-time payment of $47 USD. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Access is delivered digitally and immediately through the member portal after successful payment.

License and permitted use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the program for your own family’s use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or share your access or the materials. All content, text, and materials are our intellectual property and are protected by law.

Refunds

Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Educational and medical boundaries

No guarantee of results

Every baby is different. We do not guarantee any specific sleep outcome, amount of sleep, or result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VSL ADZ, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the program. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
