This Privacy Policy explains how VSL ADZ, LLC (“we,” “us”), operator of The Sleep Baby System, handles information in connection with our website and digital educational program.

Information we collect

We collect the account and email information you provide when you purchase or create an account (such as your name and email address), and basic technical and usage data (such as device and browser information and pages visited). We do not ask for, and do not need, your baby’s medical information.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment card details are entered directly with Stripe and are handled securely by Stripe. This website does not receive or store your full card number.

Analytics and cookies

We may use cookies and similar technologies, and privacy-respecting analytics, to keep the site working, understand general usage, and improve the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Advertising and measurement

We use first-party measurement to understand which marketing sources lead to purchases so we can improve our advertising. When you arrive from an ad or link, we may store a random, non-identifying visitor identifier along with campaign parameters (such as UTM values and ad click identifiers) in your browser, and associate them with an order only after a payment is successfully completed.

We may also share limited conversion information with advertising and measurement partners — including Meta (Facebook) via its Pixel and Conversions API, and ClickMagick for click attribution — to measure and improve ad performance. Where required, information such as your email address is hashed before it is shared. These partners are engaged only when configured, and we will not activate them without this disclosure in place. You can control cookies and opt out of interest-based advertising through your browser settings and the advertising partners' own preference tools.

How we use information

We use information to deliver the program and your member-portal access, process payments and refunds, provide customer support, keep the service secure, measure and improve our advertising, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers

We share information with service providers that help us operate, only as needed to provide the service. These include our payment processor, Stripe (payment processing); Lovable Cloud, which provides our hosting, database, authentication, and backend infrastructure; and, when configured, advertising and measurement partners such as Meta (Facebook) and ClickMagick.

Data retention

We retain account and purchase information for as long as needed to provide the program, support your account, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us through our contact page.

Children’s privacy

The program is purchased and used by adults. This website is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
